• Proven experience in an Employee Relations or HR role, with exposure to complex casework.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law including the Equality Act and Employment Rights Act.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Manage cases across the employee relations spectrum.
• Support Employment Tribunal activity and negotiations.
