Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring for a specialist law firm based in Birmingham City Centre. Our client takes great pride in their values and their ambition to positively influence and contribute to society. The people-focused firm are hiring for a Court of Protection Caseworker to successfully manage and support their clients.
Main responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Client management-building relationships with clients and managing their household and personal budgets
- Financial tasks such as paying bills and balancing accounts
- Liaising with third party contractors to provide support for clients
- Reacting and effectively handling emergency situations for clients
- Documenting reports
- Updating the appointed duty on clients financial statuses, requests and changes in circumstances
- Communicating effectively and working closely with clients as needed
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in managing household budgets, property sales and purchases
- Knowledge and experience in overseeing investments
- Empathetic and interpersonal skills to support clients
- Driving licence due to nature of the job
