An opportunity for an experienced Account Executive to advance in all areas – from client propositions and service to rewards, management, and the work environment.

You will join a fast-growing, innovative commercial insurance broking firm known for quality advice and exceptional service.

Senior Account Executive Role:

• Seeking Senior Account Executives in key locations to manage clients and expand the business footprint.
• Role involves client management, retention, and business development in industries like engineering, manufacturing, construction, energy, creative sectors, life sciences, private equity, leisure, and retail.
• Supports focus on client and prospect engagement, backed by account handlers, claims resources, and broking colleagues.
• Home-based with regular office visits; target clients with fees/commission of £5,000-£10,000 or more.
• Targeted to grow your book by 10%, with escalating bonuses.
• Business development team provides leads and appointments.
• Full broking, handling, and administrative support, plus claims and risk management services.

• Consistently showing double-digit growth.

• Offers strong financial backing and market influence, with recognition and rewards for success.

Rewards:

• Base salary from £60,000 to £90,000, negotiable for exceptional candidates.
• New business bonus up to 25%, with no threshold.
