We're hiring a Telephone Business Development Executive professional for our client's Head Office. If you enjoy being on the phone, a keen eye for detail, and a love for customer service, this could be your next step!

The Role:
  • Identify opportunities, produce leads, and book high-quality appointments for our client's Sales Execs
  • Develop creative pitches aimed at specific industry sectors
  • Proactively follow up on canvassed leads by Sales Execs
  • Use your initiative to chase opportunities with companies not already in our client's database
  • Manage the database accurately for targeted marketing
  • Share and implement Best Practise ideas with the team
  • Collaborate with our client's marketing team to hit sales objectives
  • Attend training courses as needed
  • Possibly take on additional roles such as Health & Safety/Fire Marshal/First Aider
The Candidate:
  • Previous experience in a Telesales/Customer Service environment
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Flexible approach and a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work as part of a team
