A dynamic lending organization based in Cardiff is looking for a Broker Sales Executive. The role involves cultivating relationships with 2nd charge mortgage brokers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business opportunities. Ideal candidates will have solid experience in customer relationship management, with a preference for those familiar with the lending space. This position allows for both full-time and part-time work patterns and offers 33 days of holiday plus other benefits, emphasizing a supportive work environment.
Integrations for enhanced business levels and application quality. Utilize phone and Teams communication to maximize new business opportunities. Ensure right‑first‑time submissions, and secure fair outcomes for all parties. Where required, occasional in‑person meetings with brokers, either at their offices or Ty Admiral, may be required. Targets and meeting service levels will form a part of your objectives.
