Job summary
A leading property development company in Wakefield is looking for a Sales Executive to engage with customers and promote New Build homes. The ideal candidate will have sales experience and solid knowledge of the housing industry. The role requires maintaining customer relationships and updating them on the progress of builds. The company is committed to employee development and offers a competitive salary package alongside benefits.

- Previous experience in a sales-driven role is ideal.
- Must hold a valid UK Driving Licence.
- Willingness to work occasional weekends and bank holidays.
Responsibilities
- Showcase New Build homes to potential customers.
- Maintain relationships with clientele and update them on build progress.
- Collaborate with the team to drive sales.
- Update customer records and follow up on outstanding information.
Skills
- Up to £35k + commission
- 25 days holiday + 8 BH
- Private pensions & healthcare

- Working with potential customers to showcase New Build homes and discuss their needs and expectations.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with your clientele whilst updating them on the progression of the build.
- Liaising with your line manager and working as a team to drive more sales.
- Update customer records on COINS, follow up and chase outstanding information needed from either side.
- Ideally, you’ll have previous experience in a similar sales driven role.
- UK Driving Licence.
- Occasional Weekend and Bank Holiday work.
- Good housing industry knowledge.
