A leading fire and security company in North Wales is looking for a Fire & Security Salesperson to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess proven sales experience in the fire/security industry and a strong understanding of fire and security systems. This position offers a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 plus commission, along with a company vehicle, ongoing training, and excellent career progression opportunities. We specialise in delivering high‑quality fire detection, security systems, CCTV, access control, and life safety solutions to commercial, industrial, and public‑sector clients. Due to continued expansion, we're looking for a talented salesperson who can help take our business to the next level.

What You’ll Do
  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across North Wales and surrounding areas
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts, ensuring exceptional service and repeat business
  • Produce accurate quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
  • Work closely with technical and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery
  • Stay up to date with industry standards, products, and technologies
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
What We’re Looking For
