They are currently recruiting for a driven, experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis based in their head office in Hertfordshire.
This is a pivotal role – you’ll be responsible for overseeing project finances, contract negotiations, and client relationships, ensuring profitability across our ventilation and ductwork projects.
- Leading on cost estimation, tendering and contract negotiation
- Managing project budgets and forecasting
- Working closely with the operations team to deliver projects on time and on budget
- Developing long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Identifying new commercial opportunities
- Proven experience in a commercial or contracts management role (M&E or HVAC sectors)
- Strong negotiation and financial skills
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities
- A keen eye for detail and strategic thinking
