Madisons Recruitment are currently working with a reputable HVAC Contractor of whom offer a variety of Mechanical Design & Installation services tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients across the Commercial, Industrial, Hospitality, and Residential sectors.

They are currently recruiting for a driven, experienced Commercial Manager to join their team on a permanent basis based in their head office in Hertfordshire.

This is a pivotal role – you’ll be responsible for overseeing project finances, contract negotiations, and client relationships, ensuring profitability across our ventilation and ductwork projects.

Responsibilities
  • Leading on cost estimation, tendering and contract negotiation
  • Managing project budgets and forecasting
  • Working closely with the operations team to deliver projects on time and on budget
  • Developing long-term relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
  • Identifying new commercial opportunities
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a commercial or contracts management role (M&E or HVAC sectors)
  • Strong negotiation and financial skills
