Responsible for Physical inventory and fixed assets.
Special assignment as per management requirement.
To supervise all Recruitment of Worker & their training & development.
Maintain the daily attendance of employee & overtime records.
Prepare new personal file of new worker/Staffs & ensure personal file updating.
Mail Correspondence.
Prepare Final Settlement bill.
Allocate & distribution to new employee off ID card & Mobile Sim.
Responsible for disciplinary action against any breach of norms.
Ensure implementation of national labor laws.
Maintenance of all legal licenses & their timely renewal.
Maintains and updates employees leave related data.
Draft and Prepare various types of HR & Admin related letters (Appointment, Confirmation, Warning, Show-cause, Transfer, Promotion, Annual Increment, Notice etc.)
Responsible for Office Entertainment (Breakfast, Lunch, Tiffin, Dinner etc.), and Cafeteria Management
Assist to Department Head for workforce planning & skills assessment.
