Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager to join a fast-growing chemical manufacturing and distribution company. You\'ll drive revenue growth across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on defence and industrial markets.

Responsibilities
  • Generate and grow sales revenue across EMEA, with support to other territories when required.
  • Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to closing deals.
  • Drive organic growth within existing accounts and establish sustainable, profitable business with new customers.
  • Support account management and channel development strategies, including distribution sales channels.
  • Act as a respected commercial representative of the company at customer meetings, exhibitions, and conferences.
  • Work collaboratively with the international sales team to execute growth strategies across defence, industrial, and medical markets.
Required Experience
  • Proven B2B sales experience, ideally within defence, industrial, or related technical markets.
