Our Learning Support Team plays a vital role in ensuring that every child receives the guidance and encouragement they need to thrive. We are a dedicated group who work closely with teaching staff to remove barriers to learning, deliver targeted interventions, and create inclusive classroom environments where all pupils feel valued and supported.

• Support and enhance the learning experience across the school by taking responsibility for agreed learning activities under a structured system of supervision, including planning, preparing, and delivering sessions to individuals, small groups, or whole classes.
• Bring experience, initiative, and a proactive approach to supporting pupils and staff.
• Lead small group sessions, support pupils with additional needs, or deliver whole-class learning as required.

• GCSE English and Maths, Grade 3 minimum or equivalent
• NVQ Level 3 in working as a teaching assistant or equivalent
• Experience in working with young people
• Full working knowledge of the National Curriculum across both key stages
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing
