Are you a Business Development Manager or similar, ideally with a background in the Fire Protection industry or a related field, with prior experience in a BDM/Sales role, looking to join a rapidly growing start-up and quickly establish yourself as a name in the Fire Protection industry?

In this role, the successful Business Development Manager will work closely with the Director to help develop and implement business development and sales strategies. You will be responsible for converting leads and generating new business through cold calls, while maintaining repeat business and client relationships. You will also support bid generation, proposal writing/pricing, and attend client meetings as needed. As the company grows, you will help build a Business Development Team and maintain accurate documentation of your pipeline and client conversions.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Background in the Fire Protection industry or a related field
• Experience in a Business Development Manager role or similar
• Ability to attend client meetings and liaise confidently with clients and customers
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Full, valid UK driver’s license
