An established Facilities Management company is seeking an experienced FM Business Development Manager for a permanent, fully hybrid position. The role involves working with a team to secure service contracts. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in Business Development within Facilities Maintenance, a proactive approach, and a proven record with contracts valued at over £1 million. The position includes a salary of £65,000 to £70,000, a performance bonus, and a company car.

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager for a full time, permanent position based in the South East. This position will be working directly for an established Facilities Management company that has had a strong presence in the industry for many years. They will be working within a existing team of bid writers and estimators and sales people. The right person for this position will be an experienced Business Development Manager within Facilities Maintenance. They need to have a proactive approach to bringing in and supporting service contracts. They also need to have a proven track record in bringing in service and maintenance contracts with values ranging from £3000K to £1million or more. This is a fully hybrid position, however, would have to attend head office a couple of times a month.
