Overview

Business Development Manager, £45,000 - £55,000 + Car + Bonus

Autonomous role selling Fire Protection and Passive fire protection solutions into the construction industry. You will build trusted relationships with specifiers, contractors and distributors, combining technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive growth in a fast-evolving sector for a leading UK manufacturer of certified passive fire protection products.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and grow the business by selling fire protection and passive fire protection products into the construction industry.
  • Engage with specifiers, contractors, distributors, architects and contractors to secure opportunities.
  • Operate in an autonomous capacity, visiting customers across the UK and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Build and manage strong relationships, providing technical guidance and commercial insight to win new business.
  • Collaborate with a collaborative team and support continuous improvement within the business unit.
What we are looking for
  • Business Development Manager, Technical Sales Manager, Regional/Field Sales professional with relevant experience.
  • Experience selling fire protection, passive fire products or related systems into the construction industry.
  • Ability to sell to contractors, specifiers/architects and distributors.
  • Full UK driving license and the ability to travel throughout the UK (autonomous role visiting customers across the UK).
  • Ambitious and driven to shape the success of a growing business unit.
