Rutherford Briant are recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work for a family-owned business with a strong company culture and excellent progression opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• Check and distribute daily invoices
• Carry out manual entry of invoices
• Archive paperwork and ensure customer Purchase Orders are up to date
• Assist with Month End submission of invoices

Requirements:

• Ideally 6 months experience in an office based environment within finance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic understanding of Excel
• A positive and flexible attitude
