Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Grans, France
Introduction to Role:
Define the work of the maintenance team at a client site and ensure its implementation.
Role Responsibilities:
- Propose to the client the organization of on-site maintenance for the various teams, adapting it to the client's operational constraints.
- Define maintenance schedules by applying manufacturer ranges.
- Write and distribute site maintenance procedures.
- Ensure the alignment between schedules and resources.
- Ensure the transmission of learnings, follow-up on training and certification processes.
- Handle the administrative aspects of training.
- Train users on maintenance tools (e.g., Vanderlande CMMS).
- Validate the acquired skills and ensure they are up to date.
- Participate in meetings with the headquarters regarding service activities sold to the client.
- Ensure the facilitation of work meetings, "toolbox" talks, HSE (Health, Safety, Environment).
- Ensure that HSE rules are well understood and implemented on site.
- Conduct FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis) studies.
- Ensure the implementation of 5S on the site.
Management:
- Manage human resources. Ensure the occupancy rate of the team.
- Ensure that the teams are in line with the business plan. Initiate needs and recruitments if necessary. Use group resources. Define subcontracting needs.
- Manage the skills of the team (training, skills development).
- Lead the team. Deploy management decisions to the team and relay team information to management.
- Ensure compliance with current regulations in terms of quality, health, safety, and environment.
- Manage the administrative aspects of the team.
Role Qualification and Skills:
- Education level: Bac +3 with a specialization in Maintenance Methods and 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge: maintenance organization, team management.
- English: B2 (independent user - advanced level) and Native French.
What We Offer:
- 5 weeks of vacation, including one week between Christmas and New Year and 10 RTT days.
- Salary range from 44,000 to 56,000 gross a year depending on your experience & skills.
