As a key player in the French private nursery sector, we are looking for our future dynamic and motivated operational manager to join our teams.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will play a central role with the nurseries in your regional area.

• Communicate the company's strategy and values to the network of nurseries
• Manage recruitment according to current regulations, oversee payroll and the profitability of the structures
• Supervise about ten nursery directors: animation, skills development, staff satisfaction, customer relations, etc.
• Ensure the application and compliance with procedures
• Participate in application files and the creation of new structures
• Act as the direct contact for external stakeholders: City Hall, PMI, etc.

• You are proactive and autonomous
• Your personality allows you to integrate easily into a team
• Ideally, you hold a state diploma in early childhood education at level 3

• Travel expected within the department or region to our nurseries
• Vehicle provided
