A leading Fine Art & Design shipping company is seeking a senior Business Development professional to spearhead growth across French and international markets. Based in the Paris region, this role combines sales leadership and project management on major shipping assignments. Ideal candidates will have 10–15 years of experience in fine art logistics, strong sales background, and fluency in French and English. - Oversee end-to-end shipping projects, ensuring seamless planning.

- Lead sales and business development across the Paris art and design markets
- Identify, pitch, and secure new business with galleries, auction houses, institutions, designers, and private clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and represent the company at industry events
- Oversee end-to-end shipping projects, ensuring seamless planning and execution
- Prepare quotations, budgets, and project proposals
- Coordinate packing, transport, installation, storage, and overall logistics workflows
- Manage customs documentation and compliance
- Monitor project timelines and proactively address risks or delays
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout each project
- Manage key accounts to ensure service excellence and client satisfaction
- Collaborate with operations teams to deliver projects efficiently and to standard
- 10–15 years’ experience in fine art or design logistics
- Strong sales and business development background with an established French and international network
- Proven ability to manage complex shipping or logistics projects
- Solid understanding of packing, transport, customs, storage, and art handling processes
- Exceptional communication, organisational, and client-facing skills
- Independent, proactive, and results-driven
- Fluency in French and English is essential
