140 years after launching its first luxury trains, the Orient Express legend continues with the launch of the world's largest sailing ships, the Orient Express Corinthian. This revolution in maritime history is a fantastic project resulting from a French partnership between Accor, the world leader in hospitality, and Chantiers de l'Atlantique, the world's leading cruise ship builder. This extraordinary sailing ship, with its spectacular interiors, is set to sail in 2026.

Job Description

As a dedicated Marketing & Distribution Project Manager, your missions will include:

PMO / Project Manager

• Oversee the sales and marketing timeline for sales opening, ensuring all project aspects progress seamlessly, including coordination with sales, legal, revenue management, marketing, digital, distribution, and finance teams.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among all relevant stakeholders, including Accor, Orient Express, and Orient Express Sailing Yachts teams.
• Hold weekly meetings with the Orient Express brand to align priorities and address concerns.
• Develop reports, minutes, and action items for key meetings (e.g., CODIR, Weekly OE).
• Monitor and mitigate potential project risks to ensure timely and successful delivery.

Marketing

• Assist in defining and executing Orient Express Sailing Yachts’ commercial offerings and policies for B2B and B2C markets.
• Lead or facilitate daily meetings and training sessions to support team development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate production of marketing content with OE, operations, sales, and marketing teams to realize the marketing plan.
• Set up training for internal/external teams in collaboration with the Marketing Content Manager.
• Assist with Sales and Marketing budgets and invoices. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate customer survey needs with partners such as Orient Express, Accor, Guest Reservation Center, Conciergerie, and IBS, overseeing the implementation of the CRM tool to meet Orient Express Sailing Yachts needs.

Distribution

• Coordinate distribution strategy with internal teams and key partners like Orient Express, Accor, Guest Reservation Center, and IBS, overseeing the CRS implementation to meet needs.
• Manage operational requests between the Orient Express Sailing Yachts team, Conciergerie, Guest Reservation Center, Orient Express, and IBS, ensuring smooth setup of tools such as data inputs, payment systems, booking funnels, and business requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in project management and marketing within luxury brands
