The Back-Office Financial Manager will be part of the Proparco loan management team, involved in the following phases:
- Approval / Signature: Verify system data, ensure reliability, record characteristics of approval resolutions in GCF, verify conventions and record their financial details, calculate and produce amortization and commission tables.
- Management: Record disbursements and restructurings, produce and control maturity notices, manage calls and recoveries.
- Recovery: Identify, record, and allocate payments, produce maturity notices and situation reports.
- Monitor unpaid loans and guarantee fee invoicing.
- Provide advice and assistance to agencies, collaborating with various departments involved in back-office monitoring of loans.
- Participate in modeling new products and system evolution groups.
Minimum Bac+2 in finance or banking; at least 2 years' experience in a financial back-office role in banking, via internship, CDD, or consultancy. Advanced Excel skills (formulas) and professional-level English are required; Spanish skills are a plus. The candidate should demonstrate curiosity, analytical skills, organizational autonomy, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
The Proparco back-office team comprises two groups managing loans and guarantees. The position is within the guarantees team.
