The Back-Office Financial Manager will be part of the Proparco loan management team, involved in the following phases:
Minimum Bac+2 in finance or banking; at least 2 years' experience in a financial back-office role in banking, via internship, CDD, or consultancy. Advanced Excel skills (formulas) and professional-level English are required; Spanish skills are a plus. The candidate should demonstrate curiosity, analytical skills, organizational autonomy, team spirit, and interpersonal skills.
The Proparco back-office team comprises two groups managing loans and guarantees. The position is within the guarantees team.
