A global consultancy firm based in Paris is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner. This role will shape employee experience across European markets, embed a people-first culture, and align HR strategy with business growth. The ideal candidate will have proven experience within Management Consultancy, strong knowledge of French labour law, and fluency in French and English. This role will play a pivotal part in shaping and elevating the employee experience across multiple European markets, embedding a people-first culture and aligning HR strategy with business growth. You will be hands‑on across the full employee lifecycle while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and employees alike.
