Reporting to the Global HRBP you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership , partnering with managers to align business goals with people strategies. You’ll also play a key role in the successful implementation of a new HCM system , ensuring our HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and fostering positive employee and people leaders experience.
What You’ll Be Doing :
What You Bring to the Table :
5+ years of HRBP experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.
Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.
Hands-on experience in implementing an HCM system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and guiding the business leaders and employees on the change journey.
A problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
