Reporting to the Global HRBP you’ll be a trusted advisor to leadership , partnering with managers to align business goals with people strategies. You’ll also play a key role in the successful implementation of a new HCM system , ensuring our HR processes are efficient, data-driven, and fostering positive employee and people leaders experience.

What You’ll Be Doing :

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to department heads and senior managers, providing guidance on talent, performance, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to design and implement people strategies that drive business success.
  • Use data and analytics to drive workforce planning, decision-making, and continuous improvement.
  • Play a key role in the adoption and optimization of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system to enhance HR processes.
  • Champion a culture of growth, inclusion, and high performance across the organization.

What You Bring to the Table :

5+ years of HRBP experience in a multinational, fast-paced environment.

Strong expertise in HR strategy, employee engagement, and organizational development.

Hands-on experience in implementing an HCM system (Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, etc.) and guiding the business leaders and employees on the change journey.

A problem-solving mindset with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization and drive change.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Fluent in English and Spanish.
