Your responsibilities being a member of the Administration and Finance team would include:

1. Reception of visitors
2. Facilities maintenance
3. Stock control of office supplies
4. Internal communication on issues related to the offices (rules of coexistence, protocols…)
5. Events planning, catering
6. Purchasing of supplies
7. Management of office suppliers
8. Assistance to management
9. Other general administrative tasks
10. Support to Administration & Purchases team
11. Support to Projects Team

You must be an organized, decisive person with the ability to manage different tasks simultaneously.

You must have a high internal and external customer orientation, with good communication and teamwork skills.

You must be able to fluently communicate in English: we are part of an international group and want you to bring your vision to the team.

Part-time work: 20 hours per week, morning shift (9am – 1pm).
