Your role

The role entails assisting telecommunications customers who have inquiries about their services. This includes addressing both administrative and technical questions through various communication channels such as phone, email, and chat. It is important that you have an error-free and smooth writing style.

  • You can work and problem-solve independently with a good dose of analytical thinking
  • You have the ability to empathize with your customer
  • You are a good listener and have good communication skills
  • You have a good command of the Dutch / Flemish with the English language
