Recruitment and Employer Branding Expert – Hubs Spain

The ING Hubs are a global network with over 13,000 employees across the Philippines, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, and Türkiye. To achieve its strategic and commercial objectives, ING is establishing a new branch in Madrid, Spain, focusing initially on Tech capabilities, as part of its Tech and Ops Strategy.

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Recruiter & Employer Branding Expert to join our HR Team in Madrid, contributing to attracting top talent to this new organization. The Recruiter will report to the Head of HR Hubs Spain.

• Assist hiring managers in defining recruitment needs and strategies.
• Efficiently fill open positions, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer.
• Select appropriate tools and channels for recruitment, including social media and online platforms.
• Develop creative recruitment projects leveraging market opportunities.
• Conduct initial screening, interviews, and coordinate testing and further interviews.
• Provide regular feedback to hiring managers and build long-term relationships with talent communities.
• Create a talent pool in advance of needs and maintain a network of contacts.
• Stay updated on trends and innovative recruiting techniques.
• Enhance employer brand awareness through digital platforms, certifications, and events.

Tus responsabilidades incluirán definir necesidades de contratación, gestionar procesos de selección, diseñar proyectos creativos de atracción, realizar entrevistas y construir relaciones con comunidades de talento.

Requisitos: actitud proactiva, experiencia en atracción y selección, habilidades en entrevistas por competencias, dominio del inglés y español, y capacidad para trabajar en entornos dinámicos.
