The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic thinking, experience in understanding consumer behavior, and a passion for creativity. CREATIVE STRATEGIST_ THE ROLE

We’re looking for a highly driven CREATIVE STRATEGIST to join our team. You’ll lead brand strategy and bring powerful insights that help shape bold creative ideas—ideas that spark disruption and drive growth for our clients. Someone who loves to think things through, question assumptions, and bring sharp strategic and critical thinking to the table. In this role, you’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to champion transformative thinking and deliver work that makes a real impact. You’ll be a key strategic voice within the agency and a thought leader helping to elevate the value we bring to our clients’ businesses.

RESPONSABILITIES & EXPERIENCE

  • You are culturally curious with an informed worldview and passion for uncovering what influences consumer’s behaviors and values.
  • Travel, retail, FMCG, and service industry experience are advantageous.
  • Translate brand insights into clear and inspiring creative briefs and fuel the creative process.
  • A high standard of presenting and exceptional attention to detail with
  • strong grammar and writing skills. Design skills are always a plus.
  • Knowledge of core branding principles and experience in defining brand platforms.
  • Fluency in both qualitative and quantitative research principles and the ability to run group and research projects autonomously.
  • You are able to design, implement and measure your strategies against a measurement framework and client objectives.
  • Strong communication skills when presenting findings to colleagues, management, other departments, and clients.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in a related discipline.
  • Highly brand literate with 3+ years of experience working across all channels.
  • Fluent in English, with strong skills in crafting and presenting proposals.
  • High knowledge of presentation tools : mainly Google Slides, Power Point & Keynote.

WORKING CONDITIONS WE OFFER :

  • Mainly office-based, with remote Fridays.
  • Monday to Thursday from 9 : 00to 18 : 00, with flexible start time and lunch break. Fridays from 9 : 00 to 15 : 00.
  • Summer schedule in July & August : 8 : 00 to 15 : 00.
  • 22 vacation days of your choice, plus 3 fixed days off (December 24, December 31, and the last Friday of January), and your birthday off.
