Join our Global Marketing & Communication team as a Marketing & Communication Specialist to support the rapid growth of the Global Clients Team.

The team is headquartered in Spain and operates cross-country to leverage the best opportunities for SDG Group with large companies, especially in Benelux, France, Switzerland, and Germany.

What will your mission be?

You will support the marketing and business development efforts of the team in 2025. You will play a key role in researching, planning, and executing industry events, as well as enhancing brand awareness through content creation and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Event Research & Selection: Identify and compile a list of relevant industry events across Europe, especially but not exclusively in the Life-Sciences industry, including audience analysis and sponsorship opportunities.
• Event Logistics & Execution: Coordinate marketing materials, branding, and logistics for sponsored and own-hosted events, and ensure contract execution and timely payments.
• Own-Hosted & Partner Events: Research venues, manage invitations & RSVPs, and work with partners for co-hosted events.

Content & Brand Awareness

• Develop a comprehensive editorial calendar combining corporate communications, business content, and success stories.

Campaign Development & Management

• Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns aimed at driving growth and strengthening the Global Clients Team presence.
• Support the delivery of global campaigns, ensuring they resonate with the team’s targets.
• Potentially work with external providers to scale initiatives and campaigns.

Additional Support Areas

• Align marketing efforts with sales strategy and target industries.
• Work closely with sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.
• Track and analyze event and campaign performance to optimize future efforts.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in event planning, marketing, or business development (at least 3 years) in B2B environments and preferably in consulting or tech.
• Hands-on experience with social media, content creation, and CRM tools, preferably Hubspot. Knowledge of video production and editing software is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-moving environment.
• Proficiency in English with B2 level as a basic requirement.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ability and experience in negotiating sponsorship or providers’ deals is a plus.
