What you will do at Signaturit Lead the frontend team, fostering high standards in code quality, performance, and maintainability. Design and maintain scalable, modular frontend architecture using React, TypeScript, and modern tooling. Review code and ensure adherence to clean code principles and testing practices. Act as the go-to person for complex technical decisions, architectural direction, and system evolution. Mentor and support frontend developers, encouraging growth, continuous learning, and promoting engineering excellence across the team. Coordinate with stakeholders across product, design & engineering, ensuring seamless integration, consistent delivery pipelines, and shared ownership of quality. Drive continuous improvement in development workflows, including CI / CD, testing strategies, code review processes, and tooling enhancements. Partner with the Engineering Manager to continuously improve team processes, delivery velocity, and technical quality. Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive technical discussions, define and defend architectural proposals, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional agile teams.
