The Opportunity

We are launching a new venture in the EdTech space and are looking for a Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer (CPO) to lead product strategy and development from day one. This is a unique opportunity to co-build a company with us from the ground up, backed by Antai Ventures.

As a co-founder, you’ll shape the vision, set the pace, and take ownership. We’ll support you with capital and hands-on assistance across Product, Tech, Design, GTM, Legal, Talent, Finance, and Fundraising to accelerate your journey from 0 to 1.

What You’ll Do

• Launch and scale an EdTech product from scratch, focusing on Product-Market Fit.
• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, driving innovation aligned with user needs and business goals.
• Translate customer insights into product initiatives; prioritize features balancing user experience and business value.
• Lead the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and optimization.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions and measure impact; report on key KPIs.
• Collaborate with co-founders, tech, design, and growth teams to ensure alignment and delivery.
• Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture based on user research.
• 7+ years of experience in product leadership in high-growth environments.
• Proven success in building and scaling digital products, ideally from zero to scale.
• Hands-on approach—comfortable with prototyping, low-code/no-code, and AI tools.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable with commercial metrics and insight-driven decisions.
• Clear communicator capable of stakeholder alignment, including investors.
• Deep knowledge of product best practices, including A/B testing, UX/UI, research, and experimentation.
• Experience in EdTech is a plus.
• Bonus: Experience integrating AI into products for personalization, automation, or intelligence.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Passionate about building from scratch, solving meaningful problems, and creating value through technology.
