As an Engineering Manager, you’lldrive peopleleadership, delivery, strategy, technical excellence, and operational health across your teams. Your core responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and retain a healthy, high-performing engineering team.
• Own predictable, high-quality delivery while maintaining a sustainable pace.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Tech Leads, and Staff+ engineers on roadmap and long-term technical strategy.
• Ensure strong engineering standards, operational readiness, and a blameless incident culture.
• Develop and consequently refining an AI-driven development pipeline.
• Communicate clearly across teams and leadership, shaping culture and aligning priorities.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, team composition, and long‑term talent development.

• Experienced software engineer, including several years in engineering leadership.
• Strong technical foundation; backend experience (C#/.NET) and cloud knowledge (AWS or other comparable providers like Azure) are necessary.
• Experience with distributed systems, DevOps practices, and modern infrastructure tooling (Terraform, Docker). Bonus: experience with event‑driven architectures (Kafka).
• A pragmatic, ownership‑driven mindset with a passion for healthy teams and long‑term quality.
