About the Job

This role focuses on autonomous vehicle technologies for EMEAI customers. You will be responsible for developing AV portfolio business plans and strategic customer engagements to support sales in designated market segments, ensuring customer success — a core aspect of our Leadership Model.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and drive AV opportunities to grow the business, penetrate markets, and increase market share.
  2. Develop strategic and emerging customer relationships to build partnerships and maintain strong networks across all levels.
  3. Analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities (e.g., Autonomous Driving, Connected Car), and develop strategic directions based on market insights.
  4. Serve as an interface between customers and the Automotive and Energy Solution Business Unit.
  5. Lead sales engagements and business development projects, coordinating with other functions, customers, and third parties.
  6. Develop and execute NPI strategies, sharing insights with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Required
  • Relevant experience in automotive applications, such as in-vehicle networks and connected cars, in a customer-focused environment.
  • Strong understanding and network within the automotive ecosystem, including chip manufacturers, OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and system integrators, from R&D to manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge of automotive sensor technologies (LiDAR, RADAR, cameras) from component to system level.
  • Understanding of development processes per the V-model, including SiL, HiL, and ViL testing.
  • Knowledge of automotive standards related to AV, such as NCAP.
  • Ability to translate complex customer needs into comprehensive end-to-end solutions through professional consulting.
  • Customer-first, solution-oriented mindset with a proactive, sales-driven attitude.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Communication, Computer, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.
Nice to Have
  • Expertise in simulation, RF, mm-wave, and RADAR technologies.
  • Fluency in German is highly advantageous.
