Your Responsibilities
- Manage, prepare, and execute acquisitions and disposals of renewable projects or portfolios of 0.5-1 GW annually.
- Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities in core markets (Germany, UK, France, Poland, Hungary, Italy, Nordics).
- Utilize and analyze financial models, conduct sensitivities during M&A processes.
- Perform independent commercial due diligence and coordinate the entire process with internal and external partners.
- Manage project teams and external advisors to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure success.
- Negotiate transaction structures, commercial terms, and documentation (SPA, SHA, DSA) with stakeholders.
- Oversee joint ventures, partnership structures, and acquired companies.
- Collaborate effectively within the Renewables team, including developers, engineers, offtake managers, analysts, and external partners.
- Report to the Vice President Asset Rotation & Partnering at Uniper.
Your Profile
- Experience in managing renewable energy projects and transactions.
- Strong evaluation and financial modeling skills.
- Ability to conduct independent due diligence and coordinate complex processes.
- Proven negotiation skills and experience managing partnerships.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills within diverse teams.
