Our Team Service Management Tooling & Reporting in Hannover is seeking a Solution Analyst with the following responsibilities:

1. Design, co-create, and implement scalable solutions that meet business needs and align with architecture standards in a heterogeneous environment.
2. Integrate and adapt ServiceNow to optimize business processes.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into technical specifications.
4. Develop and maintain SQL databases for performance and reliability.
5. Utilize Data Factory for data integration and transformation.
6. Design and implement ETL processes for seamless data flow.
7. Create interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI.
8. Provide technical guidance to development teams, following best practices.
9. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during projects and operations.
10. Keep updated with industry trends to keep solutions current.

Minimum qualifications include:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow platform, modules, and customization.
• Experience with SQL databases, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Data Factory, reporting, Azure, ETL, and Power BI.
