As Commissioning Manager (f / m / d), you are part of the project management team within Uniper's infrastructure projects.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the safe and timely commissioning of new systems.
  2. Develop and monitor the commissioning plan and schedule in collaboration with the project team and suppliers.
  3. Establish and manage the commissioning organization, including specialist managers and resource planning.
  4. Collaborate closely with the project management team and external partners.
  5. Coordinate with the operational organization and integrate it into the commissioning process (IBN).
  6. Oversee all commissioning activities, including trial operations and final handover.
  7. Manage technical documentation and prepare reports and notifications as required.
  8. Contribute to the final project report and feedback to the engineering department.
Your Profile
  1. University degree in process engineering, mechanical engineering, or a related technical field.
  2. Extensive experience in similar roles, preferably in energy plant construction.
  3. Ability to understand complex technical systems and communicate instructions clearly.
  4. Awareness of safety practices and hazards during commissioning.
  5. Strong communication, assertiveness, and conflict resolution skills in multicultural teams.
  6. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
  7. Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
