Your responsibilities

• Manage, prepare, and execute acquisitions and disposals of renewable projects or portfolios of 0.5-1 GW+ annually.
• Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities across core markets such as Germany, UK, France, Poland, Hungary, Italy, and the Nordics.
• Utilize and analyze financial models, conduct sensitivities during the M&A process.
• Perform independent commercial due diligence and coordinate the entire process with internal and external partners.
• Manage project teams and external advisors to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
• Negotiate transaction structures, commercial terms, and documentation (SPA, SHA, DSA) with stakeholders.
• Manage joint ventures, partnership structures, and acquired companies.
• Collaborate effectively within the Renewables team, including developers, engineers, offtake managers, analysts, and external partners.
• Report to the Vice President of Asset Rotation & Partnering at Uniper.

Your profile

• Experience in managing acquisitions and disposals of renewable projects of similar scale.
• Strong evaluation skills for investment opportunities in core markets.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to conduct independent commercial due diligence and coordinate the process.
• Leadership skills to manage project teams and external advisors.
• Negotiation skills for transaction structuring and documentation.
• Experience in managing joint ventures and partnerships.
• Effective teamwork within multidisciplinary renewable energy teams.
• Ability to report effectively to senior management.
