Your responsibilities

1. Manage, prepare, and execute acquisitions and disposals of renewable projects or portfolios of 0.5-1 GW+ annually.
2. Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities in core markets such as Germany, UK, France, Poland, Hungary, Italy, and Nordic countries.
3. Utilize financial models and conduct sensitivity analyses throughout the M&A process.
4. Perform independent commercial due diligence and coordinate the entire investment process with internal and external partners.
5. Lead internal project teams and external advisors to resolve issues, mitigate risks, and ensure project success.
6. Negotiate transaction structures, commercial terms, and documentation (e.g., SPA, SHA, DSA) with stakeholders to optimize outcomes for Uniper.
7. Manage joint ventures, partnership structures, and acquired companies.
8. Collaborate effectively within the Renewables team, including developers, engineers, offtake managers, and analysts, as well as external partners.
9. Report to the Vice President of Asset Rotation & Partnering.

Your profile

• Experience in managing acquisitions and disposals of renewable energy projects of similar scale.
• Strong evaluation skills for new investment opportunities in relevant markets.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and sensitivity analysis.
• Ability to conduct independent commercial due diligence and coordinate complex processes.
• Leadership skills to manage project teams and external advisors.
• Negotiation skills for transaction structuring and documentation.
• Experience with joint ventures and partnership management.
• Excellent teamwork within multidisciplinary and external networks.
• Ability to report effectively to senior management.
