This exciting position can alternatively be filled in Immenstaad, Taufkirchen, Oberkochen or Cologne — with the requirement to be on site in Ulm once a month. After successful familiarisation, two days of home office per week are possible by arrangement.
The maximum gross annual salary is €69,900.Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Tasks
- Analysis and optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency
- Developing, implementing and monitoring KPIs to improve performance
- Benchmarking to identify best practices and optimisation potential
- Creating and presenting reports on operational and financial performance
- Implementation of control measures to ensure data quality and accuracy
- Supporting budget planning, monitoring and variance analyses
- Ensuring compliance with governance guidelines and providing support with governance issues
- Liaising with IT and business departments to resolve data quality and process issues
Requirements
- Successfully completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
- Professional experience in KPI management, benchmarking, reporting and controlling required
- Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
- Detailed user knowledge with MS Office, ServiceNow and PowerBI know-how desirable
- Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
- Unrestricted work permit for the EU required
