Summary

For the “Customer Services IFF/TDL/Airborne & Space Radars” department, we are looking for an “ILS Manager (f/m/d)” at the Taufkirchen or Ulm location as soon as possible.

ILS stands for Integrated Logistic Support. The “Customer Services IFF/TDL/Airborne & Space Radars” department is responsible for ILS management, i.e. for ensuring the availability of the corresponding HENSOLDT products. At the same time, the department takes care of the subsequent supply and customer support in the ISS area (in-service support).

Your Tasks

• Performing the roles of “Integrated Logistic Support Manager” (ILS Manager) and Project Logistics Manager (PVL) for the IFF product portfolio

• Creating internal offers and securing UAN offers for ILS services

• Creation of logistical concepts and strategies, optimization of logistical characteristics and the required logistical resources for the relevant products

• Planning, controlling and implementing measures to ensure that radar products are ready for supply

• Management of the creation of logistical delivery items such as documentation and training, workshop equipment and spare parts deliveries to internal and external contractors (UAN)

• Execution of logistics tasks in interdisciplinary product teams and in integrated project teams over the life cycle of the products

Your Profile

• Degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, aerospace engineering, business administration (with technical knowledge) or comparable training

• Experience and affinity for working with databases advantageous

• Knowledge of MS Office and standard application software

• Knowledge of logistics standards, concepts and procedures

• Knowledge of military logistics, as well as structural and process organization

• Negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal & external)

• Commitment and willingness to develop and implement new ideas

• Ability to work in a team, ability to integrate, but also assertiveness and initiative

• Ability to think in a networked way and recognize overarching relationships

• Business fluent in German and English
