Are you an analytical team player with strong communication skills? Would you like to optimise processes, improve company performance and work in an innovative environment? Then apply for the position of Performance & Process Manager at our customer HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH in Cologne!

This exciting position can alternatively be filled in Immenstaad, Taufkirchen, Oberkochen or Ulm — with the requirement to be on site in Ulm once a month. After successful familiarisation, two days of home office per week are possible by arrangement.

The maximum gross annual salary is €69,900.Please note that we can only consider candidates who have a valid unrestricted work permit for the EU.

Tasks
  • Analysis and optimisation of business processes to increase efficiency
  • Developing, implementing and monitoring KPIs to improve performance
  • Benchmarking to identify best practices and optimisation potential
  • Creating and presenting reports on operational and financial performance
  • Implementation of control measures to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Supporting budget planning, monitoring and variance analyses
  • Ensuring compliance with governance guidelines and providing support with governance issues
  • Liaising with IT and business departments to resolve data quality and process issues
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in business informatics, industrial engineering, business administration or a comparable qualification
  • Professional experience in KPI management, benchmarking, reporting and controlling required
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and software
  • Detailed user knowledge with MS Office, ServiceNow and PowerBI know-how desirable
  • Business fluent in German and English (at least C1 level)
  • Unrestricted work permit for the EU required
