Job Title: Mental Health Professional (m / f / d)

Responsibilities:
- Provide employees with tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience.
- Lead informational and promotional wellbeing activities during employee training sessions.
- Proactively reach out to employees and invite them to coaching or group sessions/workshops.
- Design, schedule, and lead psycho-educational group sessions, outreach programs, team-building activities, in line with department objectives.
- Advise the HR department on employee suitability for projects.
- Create and implement action plans to enhance employee wellbeing.
- Lead projects or activities assigned by the wellbeing team manager.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on employee progress through data collection and analysis.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Clinical, Counseling, or Health Psychology, Therapeutic Counseling, Psychotherapy, or Clinical Social Work.
- At least 3 years of experience working with clients facing mental health challenges.
- License number, full membership, or accredited practitioner status.
- Proficiency in conflict and crisis management.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proficient in common office software applications.
- Outstanding communication skills, emphasizing listening and empathy.
- Experience in conducting interviews is advantageous.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Creative thinking and motivation.

- Must be located in or willing to relocate to Essen, Germany.
