Chief Operating Officer à Allemagne

Challenging projects with a focus on strategy, controlling, finance, accounting, and the Group's divisions and business units.

You will support management in various responsibilities, including conducting market and potential analyses, as well as profitability and investment calculations.

Preparation of presentations and decision-making documents for management will be part of your role.

You will assist in planning and executing national and international workshops and meetings.

Engagement in strategic projects across the Group (such as DCF analysis, multiple analysis, etc.) and contributing to the development of business strategies are key responsibilities.

You will support departments in daily operations and undertake independent projects.

Additional responsibilities include supporting communication within the H&T Group, preparing speeches, and contributing to external presentations.

Your profile

• Degree in industrial engineering or business administration, above average.
• Initial practical experience through internships or vocational training.
• Experience with international work environments through abroad studies, internships, or work.
• Interest and understanding of financial and business interrelationships and projects.
• Excellent correspondence and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, proactively, and well-organized, with good prioritization skills.
• Capability to handle busy periods and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Goal-oriented, problem-solving mindset, with critical thinking skills.
• Absolute integrity and confidentiality.
• Willingness to travel internationally for limited periods.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German and English.
