As a Clinical Research Associate at ICON, you'll work in a large, fast-paced environment with a team of highly qualified CRAs to identify, select, initiate, and close investigational sites for clinical studies in phases II - IV, ensuring compliance with regulations and ICH-GCP principles.

You will partner with a pharmaceutical company dedicated to discovering treatments that improve and save lives. This role offers professional growth and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

• Independently set up and monitor studies, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
• Submit protocol and consent documents for ethics/IRB approval and prepare regulatory submissions.
• Manage sponsor queries effectively.
• Ensure study cost efficiency.
• Prepare and review study documentation and feasibility studies for new proposals.
• Potentially assist in training and mentoring fellow CRAs.

• At least 12 months of monitoring experience in phase I-III trials as a CRA.
• A degree in medicine, science, or an equivalent field.
• Experience monitoring medium-sized studies, including start-up and close-out phases.
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and medical data evaluation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• The ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Availability to travel.
