For our boutique in Dusseldorf, we are looking for a Stock Associate with passion and drive. As a team member, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer care and maintaining service quality according to our standards.

Tasks & Responsibilities

1. Providing efficient service to all sales staff, including preparing products and advising on stock availability.
2. Ensuring sufficient product availability on the shop floor and managing stock transfers between stores as needed.
3. Checking the receipt of products returned by customers and handling after-sales service.
4. Assisting in product deliveries and verifying the condition and quantity of received items.
5. Ensuring all products are properly packaged, labeled, and stored in the stockroom.
6. Maintaining and replenishing inventory, implementing price changes, and conducting regular stock counts.

Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in retail or hospitality environments.
• Good knowledge of stock and supply chain processes.
• A strong drive for business results combined with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison.
• Strong teamwork skills, empathy, and an agile mindset.
• Excellent prioritization and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
