CGLCC is seeking a Coordinator responsible for supporting all activities under the Rainbow Registered Program.

Reporting to the Program Manager, Rainbow Registered, the Coordinator will support the program's ongoing sustainability and growth across Canada.

1. Planning, managing, and supporting the delivery of the Rainbow Registered program, including training, support, engagement sessions, membership, and administrative support.
2. Collaborating with independent assessors, trainers, and facilitators as needed.
3. Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager and the Rainbow Registered team to increase awareness of the program in line with CGLCC marketing strategies.
4. Partnering with Business Development Managers to foster new partnerships supporting the program's financial and operational sustainability.
5. Supporting program updates as required.
6. Facilitating engagement activities such as workshops and educational sessions.
7. Managing federally funded tourism projects, including tracking progress, managing stakeholders, maintaining schedules and metrics, ensuring compliance, and reporting.
8. Maintaining regular contact with internal and external stakeholders and geographically dispersed team members.
9. Performing other duties as required.

• Postsecondary degree in tourism, hospitality management, or a related field preferred.

• Proven project or program management experience, especially leading communications and programming for a national membership program.
• Experience with CGLCC administration tools (Microsoft 365, Dynamics CRM, project management tools).
• Experience in a not-for-profit environment is an asset.
• Experience working with the small business community and the 2SLGBTQI community is an asset.

• Strong relationship-building, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Proven project management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on key initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team with leadership skills.
• Fluency in English; French is an asset.

This is a full-time hybrid position based in Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal, or a remote position elsewhere in Canada. Regular attendance at in-person events is required.

Salary will be based on skills and experience within an unspecified range. Benefits include group coverage, annual vacation, paid holidays, and additional time off during the holiday season.
