Role Overview

We're looking for a Junior Account Manager to support our client success and marketing operations. This role is ideal for someone with 12 years of digital marketing or client-facing experience , who is looking to grow in a high-performance, data-driven agency environment.

Youll work closely with our senior team to help manage client accounts, coordinate campaign execution, and deliver insights that support strong performance and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Coordination

• Support weekly client calls by preparing summaries, agendas, and notes
• Help respond to client questions and requests in a timely, professional manner
• Assist with reporting and creating presentation materials

Project Management

• Track timelines and deliverables across multiple accounts
• Coordinate with media buyers, creatives, and strategists
• Maintain internal project management tools and documentation
• Ensure campaign updates and optimizations are executed properly

Campaign Support

• Help interpret performance data and prepare insights
• Support the creation and maintenance of client dashboards and trackers
• Learn how to evaluate full-funnel marketing effectiveness

What You Bring

• 12 years of experience in digital marketing or account coordination
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
• A foundational understanding of performance marketing concepts
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
• Familiarity with Slack, ClickUp is a plus
• Based in Canada with access to a reliable internet connection
