A new ambulatory health centre in Richmond Hill seeks a Senior Project Manager, PMO, to oversee complex projects. This role requires leadership, strong stakeholder management skills, and a commitment to high-quality service delivery within the healthcare sector. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to numerous initiatives aimed at improving patient care and operational efficiency.
The Company is a new, large-scale health centre that is collaborating across the Ontario public health system to deliver high quality, efficient outpatient services.
Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, the Senior Project Manager, PMO plays a pivotal role in ensuring the successful management and execution of multiple complex projects across the organization, from corporate services to clinical functions and beyond. The incumbent demonstrates the ability to adapt to uncertainty – communicating clearly, focusing on problem-solving, and maintaining a strong sense of leadership and team alignment.
The Senior Project Manager, PMO oversees and manages project scope, schedule, budget, and resources, proactively addressing risks while adhering to best practices and internal policies. Beyond project management, the incumbent demonstrates strong leadership through mentorship of colleagues and strong relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organization to drive effective communication and deliver solutions to project challenges. Additionally, the incumbent leads or supports effective management of resources (people, funding, etc.) associated with projects and programs, and foster collaboration and continuous improvement, contributing to the culture of the organization's growing team.
