Skills and Responsibilities :
- An undergraduate university degree in business, statistics or analytically based discipline, or equivalent experience; having a postgraduate degree would be an asset.
- Minimum of years relevant experience and proficiency with Web Analytics Reporting Tools such as Adobe Analytics, Salesforce, Google Analytics, Core metrics or Web Trends.
- Experienced in the use of industry-leading web optimization software, such as Adobe Target, VWO, Optimizely, Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization, or equivalent.
- Experienced in the use of segmentation software such as Adobe Audience Manager or Google Marketing Platform (formerly DoubleClick), Salesforce Real-time CDP.
- Advanced skills in all Microsoft Office Software for the creation of management reports, presentations, and analysis.
- Deep knowledge of digital experience and segmentation and behavioral targeting.
- Conceptual thinker with excellent analytical, logical, and organizational skills.
- A strong focus on attention to detail to produce high-quality, accurate, and timely deliverables to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and exercise strong interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience delivering presentations of analyses & recommendations to senior management.
- Proactive in taking initiative on projects.
- Entrepreneurial drive to create and complete initiatives that do not currently exist.
- Background in online strategy to inform advocacy and selling skills; persuasive and collaborative.
- Patience yet capable of managing rapid changes within the bank.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze and report on metrics, identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve online sales, site performance, and user experience; ensure digital data insights are well understood by stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic thinking and roadmap development for the Personalization program; analyze results and form recommendations to guide business strategy and transformation.
- Provide subject-matter expertise to develop and execute a world-class online Personalization strategy for TDBG, adapting over time to business needs.
- Ensure the effectiveness of Personalization projects in delivering business value and enhancing customer experience; identify future site improvement opportunities.
- Engage with key stakeholders in an agile environment to define and manage initiatives through KPIs, website metrics, and reporting requirements.
- Analyze data and reports to identify issues and revenue or cost-saving opportunities to boost online sales, site performance, and user experience, increasing ROI.
- Prepare A/B and multi-variant tests, segmentation, and behavioral targeting plans; manage execution, analyze results, and recommend actions.
- Identify trends, draw conclusions, and make actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Provide value-added analysis to answer questions and anticipate Digital Channels team needs.
- Create presentations for senior management that clearly communicate analysis and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to initiate new initiatives aligned with business goals.
